It might still be 84ºF and sunny, but I'm officially shifting to a fall state of mind. September is almost upon us, and there's a certain exhilaration that fashion's most exciting season offers—from the latest fall trends to the coziest pieces to luxuriate in.
Two items I'm getting my hands on first? Soft knits and chic boots, especially of the luxe-looking suede variety. My transitional wardrobe involves plenty of sleeveless and short-sleeve knit tops as well as the softest cashmere sweaters I can easily layer over my tanks and tees.
