There is a good side and a bad side to everything, including Amazon. In fact, we’d go as far as to say that it’s kind of a double-edged sword. On one hand, it carries almost everything you could ever want or need in one place; it's truly a one-stop shop. On the other hand, there are so many categories, brands, and products that it can be a little overwhelming—if not outright daunting—to shop for a specific item. That's where we come in. From the Amazon items our editors would buy with $100 to our favorite fashion picks, we sift through thousands of items to find the most stylish of the bunch.

This time, we focused our Amazon sleuthing efforts on swimwear specifically. After all, Memorial Day weekend has already come and gone, and everyone knows that's the unofficial start of summer. From the buzziest colors of the season to insider-approved design elements (like ring detailing), we've found every summer swim trend that you can shop on Amazon. Keep scrolling to see all of them.

1. Yellow Swimsuits

We've said it before, and we'll say it again: Yellow is a major color trend for spring, summer, and beyond. From golden honey hues to vivid neon shades, yellow swimsuits reflect the happy and optimistic feeling of summer. Plus, since the shade and design combinations are pretty much infinite, there's a yellow swimsuit to flatter every single skin tone and style preference.

2. Textured Swimsuits

Traditional prints (such as stripes and dots) have fallen by the fashion wayside. Insiders and It girls have retired these old-school prints and adopted solid-colored swimsuits, instead. But they're not as simple as you might think. They're made with highly textured material. Although they're subtle at first glance, they're just as aesthetically pleasing as their printed counterparts.

3. High-Waisted Bikinis

There's a reason high-waisted bikinis haven't gone out of style since they were first introduced way back in the '40s and '50s. They create a timeless silhouette while offering more coverage.

3. Belted Swimsuits

Just like high-waisted bikinis, belted swimsuits create a flattering silhouette since they cinch the waist. We like the fact that belted swimsuits are reminiscent of vintage designs, yet thanks to minimalist aesthetics and flexible fabrics, they feel sleek and modern.

5. Leopard-Print Swimsuits

Leopard print has certainly made its rounds in fashion, re-emerging as a major trend earlier last year and slowly spreading from clothing to shoes to accessories and beyond. Swimwear isn't immune to its influence either, as it's popped up across a variety of trendy swim brands. Luckily, Amazon has some animal-print options for us to shop (and they're affordable, too).

6. Ring Detailing

This summer, metallic ring detailing is where it's at. No matter if a swimsuit features one ring or multiple rings, if the rings are gold or silver, or if they're big and showstopping or small and subtle, this '60s- and '70s-inspired trend is springing up in swimwear designs everywhere (Amazon included).
