If you're a close follower of the covers of fashion magazines, you might have noticed a slight trend in the past few months—one of moving somewhat away from major celebrities and more toward those ladies who most often helmed the covers during their heyday. Yes, those rare birds called models.
Vogue is keeping the trend going with their November 2014 issue, for which Russian model Natalia Vodianova was shot in the Paris Opera House by Annie Leibovitz. The inside spread depicts Vodianova and Paris Opera Ballet dancer (and Natalie Portman's husband) Benjamin Millepied doing a grand tour of the grand space. This is Vogue's first model-covered issue since the September issue, which featured not one but three models.
