What is UO’s return policy?
Urban Outfitters accepts returns via mail or in person at one of its many U.S. or Canada retail locations. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the refund will go back to the original form of purchase. For any return made after the 30-day window, you will be issued an e-gift card in exchange. Please note some items are final sale and cannot be returned after purchase, such as made-to-order furniture or sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount.
Does UO ship internationally?

Can I change my order?
As soon as you place an order, the Urban Outfitters team begins working on it and getting it to you fast, so unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. That being said, during a short window after purchase, UO does offer you the option to cancel your order. To cancel your order, go to the “Order Details'' page. If you are in the allotted time window, there will be an option to select “Cancel Items.” Click that button, and you should receive an email confirming your canceled order.
