Does Free People have free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on every order over $100. For orders below $100, standard shipping is $4.95. Free express shipping is also available on orders over $150 made via the Free People app.
How do I get a Free People discount code for my first order?
While Free People doesn't often have welcome offers, you'll get free express shipping on your first order by subscribing to the Free People newsletter with your email. Downloading the Free People app also provides app-exclusive promotions on shipping.
Does Free People have student, military, or healthcare worker discounts?
Free People does not currently offer a student, military or key worker discount. However, customers can still save using our verified Free People promo codes, seasonal sales, and bundle discounts.
What is the Free People returns policy?
Free People accepts returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns that are made after 30 days are refunded via an e-gift card. Please note that $5.95 will be automatically deducted from your refund if you use the prepaid returns label provided.
