Can I get free delivery at Dyson?
Yes, Dyson machine purchases are all free of charge. Your order should be dispatched the next working day, when you order before 9 pm. However, any Dyson accessories or parts have a £3.00 shipping fee.
Do Dyson do Blue Light discounts?
Yes, essential workers or NHS staff can get an exclusive Dyson discount with a Blue Light Card account. While listed on the site, Blue Light Discount does not specify the percentage discount unless logged in. However, we’ve noted this to be up to 5% off full-priced items previously.
Does Dyson do Black Friday sales?
Yes, absolutely! These usually happen each November. Last year, our savings experts noted discounts of £150 off popular hair styling tools. We’re expecting similar discounts this year on 27th November. If you can’t wait that long, it’s worth checking the offers page.
Does Dyson have a free guarantee?
Yes, all Dyson machines have a ‘hassle-free’ guarantee. Most products will have a 2 year guarantee although corded vacuums, lights, and hand dryers have a 5 year guarantee. Simply put, Dyson will repair or replace your machine if it breaks within this period (and is only used in the way it's intended for). It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
