Is there a Cupshe free shipping option?
Cupshe offers free express shipping to any US orders over $199. If your order is under this amount, this shipping option will incur a charge of up to $10.99. For free expedited shipping, you will need to spend a minimum of $59. Below this amount, this method will cost $5.99.
Is Cupshe tracking available?
Yes. If you have a Cupshe account, you can find your tracking details on the ‘Track’ tab. If you don’t have an account, you can find your tracking details in your confirmation email which can be used on the ‘Order Tracker’ page. This is found at the bottom of the homepage.
When is the next Cupshe sale?

What is the Cupshe returns policy?
If you would like to return your latest Cupshe order, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with the tags and labels in place. Unfortunately, items marked as ‘Flash Sale’ or ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged; a full list of these items can be found on the Return Policy page. Please note that returning an item will incur a cost starting from $5.69.
