If you've followed Janelle Monáe's career the last several years, you'll know a couple things: She's insanely talented, and she has a serious penchant for three specific colors. Examine red carpet appearances and you'll notice she rarely deviates from her signature black, white, and red. (See here for just a few examples.)
This style credo extends to her off-duty looks as well—the singer and actress was spotted jetting out of LAX wearing a faux-fur jacket, skinny jeans, and combat boots in her usual palette. It appears Monáe never breaks her sartorial character, and we think she deserves some serious props for her consistency. Keep an eye out for her future looks—we're willing to bet this (very stylish) trend continues.
