We’ll let you in on a little secret. The Who What Wear Australia team have a shoe obsession. Unsurprising, really, but due to our obsession, we feel pretty comfortable calling ourselves shoe-experts. And for that reason, rather than adding a whole bunch of affordable shoes to our Christmas wish lists, we’re asking for one pair of stand-out (read: expensive), versatile and timeless wardrobe-changing shoes.
Keep scrolling to see the shoes we’re crossing our fingers for come December 25.
"The perfect mix of classic and feminine. I love that the ankle tie is a ribbon, and then also the round toe—something different. Softer."
"You can never have too many classic black pumps. I want to start 2016 off with a fresh suede pair."
"I’m going to put it out there and say Balenciaga shoes are the most comfortable in the world—and its ‘glove’ shoe has been a staple in collections for years. I think it’s time to add a pair to mine."
"Right now I’m channelling boho vibes and dreaming of long days (and nights) in Byron Bay… So it’s only natural that I take these luxe sandals with me."
"I’m a flats girls, so in summer, K Jacques St Tropez are my go-to every single time. They’re classic, comfortable and exceptional quality. This pale taupe pair with white trim are on the top of my list this Christmas."
"Does Santa factor in cost-per-wear? I’m not sure, but I do know that I’ve been good enough to warrant finding these Tabitha Simmons heels under my tree."
