Warby Parker, the eyewear brand known for designer-looking styles at low prices, has had its fair share of collaborations with fashion personalities—including model Karlie Kloss; stylist and editor Leith Clark; and fashion photographer, writer, and TV host Amanda de Cadenet. Today, the brand is releasing its latest collab with Virgil Abloh’s Off-White (aka the designer whom Bella Hadid has called her “idol” and “number one”).
The limited-edition collection combines the eyewear brand’s alternative approach to glasses with Off-White’s unorthodox take on high-fashion, according to Warby Parker’s press release. The line features three bold styles in three sizes called “Small Sunglasses,” “Medium Sunglasses,” and “Large Sunglasses”—refreshingly direct and straightforward. Each pair has Abloh’s unique, high-fashion take on classic black sunglasses: extra-thick black acetate frames, exaggerated proportions, and dark lenses with zero base curve.
The concept behind the three pairs of similarly styled, yet differently sized options was “one shape extended and compressed to express a different emotion within eyewear,” Abloh said in the press release. Each frame, despite their variations in size, was designed to make a big statement in its own way.
The collaboration’s trio of sunglasses is available online and in stores at Warby Parker and in select Off-White stores, with each pair priced at $95. Keep scrolling to check out the limited-edition frames.
