We’ve hit that sweet spot in the year when spring is in full effect and summer is just around the corner. I, for one, am completely happy that we’ve reached the point when fun sundresses and cutoff denim shorts are weekend staples, rather than the exception. But it’s always allowed a serious case of wanderlust to set in, which has got me thinking about making some summer travel plans.

I still haven’t narrowed in on where to go, but curious about which vacations are on the calendars of cool fashion girls, I asked some to weigh in and share where they’re heading in the next few months. Not only are they sharing the destinations they’ll be stamping into their passports, but they’re also giving us a glimpse at what they’ll be packing in their suitcases. And let me tell you—these spots (and all the amazing fashion items they’ll be taking with them) are seriously good. Ahead see a few of the cool places fashion girls are visiting this summer.

Tokyo

“I have a few travel plans for the summer, but I’m most excited about Tokyo. I’ve never been in the summer, so it’ll be interesting to see how people there are styling themselves in warmer weather. Tokyo is my favorite city for style inspiration because it’s just so different from everywhere else. Everyone is unique in their own way and lightyears ahead of other major cities in terms of trends. I’m packing my new favorites and my foolproof essentials like my KNC lip masks the soothe my lips after a day in the sun.” — Kristen Noel Crawley

Sardinia

“I’m traveling to Sardinia. To me, it’s a cool fashion destination because I love pretending like I’m dressing as though I’m on an island in the Mediterranean in my daily life—going there really gives me the opportunity to go all out. This means as much Dolce & Gabbana, Luisa Beccaria, and Brock collection as my suitcase (and bank account) will allow and fully embracing all of my Talented Mr. Ripley sartorial fantasies (minus the sketchy identity theft and murder).” — Alexandra Macon

Italy

“I'’m traveling to Italy (specifically: Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Sicily). Italy is one of the perfect fashion destinations because it’s content central—anywhere you go, you can take a great photo. Since I’ll be by the seaside during my trip, I’ll be packing lots of bathing suits with some easy cover-ups like these linen pants from Nanushka and a Majorelle crochet dress. My beauty must-have whenever I travel is a good sunscreen since I have fair skin—I love these two, especially during the summer.” — Simone Kuhfal

Jamaica

“This summer I’m going on a family vacation to Jamaica, where my parents are from. The island has an incredibly vibrant and soulful culture—from the music to food to the people. Whether it’s picture-perfect beaches or colorful fruit stands, Jamaica is the ideal backdrop for envy-inducing Instagrams. I’ll be keeping my wardrobe relaxed (to beat the heat) and playing with neutrals and pops of color (to blend in).” — Chrissy Rutherford
