It wasn’t just eyes that got a dose of icy white this month. A coat of Morgan Taylor’s Nail Polish ($7) in Adorned in Diamonds made models’ nails reflective, but still neutral at Thakoon.

Nail artist Naomi Yasuda added blue squiggles of acrylic paint over Estee Lauder’s Nail Lacquer ($20) in Blue Blood at Opening Ceremony’s first runway show. You don’t have to hit an art supply store to get the look; just pick up Essie’s Nail Polish ($8) in Avenue Maintain and Sephora’s Nail Art Set ($10).
Artists backstage at Kate Spade gave models’ opaque white nails with a metallic silver tip using Deborah Lippmann’s Nail Polish ($18) in Pseudo Silk Kimono and Bad Moon Rising (available this fall). The final touch was a thin line of either pink, red, or yellow.
It took over 4,000 crystals to decorate the nails at Marc Jacobs’ show, which nail artists set in place with the brand’s Enamored Hi-Shine Nail Lacquer ($18) in Bark! (out this fall).

Break out the nail strengthener! The nails for Honor’s show were dubbed “almond-etto,” for their long, slightly-pointy shape. They were painted with Deborah Lippmann’s Nail Polish ($18) in the forthcoming La Vie En Rose, then adorned with Swarovski Elements crystals.
