Last Thursday marked the finale to Street Style Cinema, our summer outdoor movie series, where we screened 10 Things I Hate About You to L.A. fashion fans and cinephiles at The Grove. Before the film started rolling and Heath Ledger stole all of our hearts yet again, attendees were treated to a pre-movie cocktail hour courtesy of Palm Breeze, a shoppable M.Gemi pop-up with gorgeous shoes for summer, and a braid bar by Unwash. There was also complimentary popcorn and cotton candy, and the movie’s director, Gil Junger, even came out to introduce the film (with his pup, Skittles, in tow).
Week after week, we’re continually impressed by the outfits our readers wear to Street Style Cinema, and this being the closing flick of the 2016 season, our guess is that readers saved their best looks for last.
