Selena Gomez Wore a New Version of Meghan Markle's Prettiest Dress

What do Selena Gomez and Meghan Markle have in common? They both have impeccable style, but their closets share one specific thing: the same blue-and-white Oscar de la Renta print. The Duchess of Sussex first wore a flowy dress version of the pattern to a wedding last month, and now Gomez has stepped out in a different iteration of the same print.

Attending the premiere of Hotel Transylvania 3 in Los Angeles, Gomez wore an Oscar de la Renta Bustier Top ($1090) and Floral Midi Skirt ($1690), which are available to preorder on Moda Operandi. She completed the look with timeless Tiffany & Co. jewelry, including a cross pendent necklace and platinum hoop earrings. The classic toile pattern on her top and skirt is quintessentially French and is guaranteed to never go out of style, so how could you possible go wrong? Scroll down to see how Gomez and Markle wore their Oscar de la Renta pieces and shop the brand for yourself.

Erin Fitzpatrick
Senior News Editor

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 12 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of senior news editor (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
