Blake Lively has Preserve. Gwyneth Paltrow has Goop. Well, it appears Reese Witherspoon is the latest celeb to enter the lifestyle e-commerce world. According to Racked, her new venture, Draper James, is now open for business. Featuring products that celebrate all things Southern, including preppy clothing and girlie accessories, the items available here, ranging from $40 to $400, tend to be lower-priced than products on Preserve and Goop. The site also features Southern city guides, tips for hosting, and other lifestyle features.
And because Reese is Reese and doesn't do anything small, there are already plans for a brick-and-morter store in Nashville that's designed to look like her home. "It will have touches of my Southern upbringing but also revealing what the South is today," she told WWD. "Fashion can be this friendly experience. It can let you in. I wanted everybody to feel as though they belonged. There's already enough stuff in the world that makes you feel that you don't belong." Well, if that doesn't make you want to shop this site, what does?
