>If you couldn’t tell by now, we love sneakers. They’re comfortable, versatile, and becoming evermore stylish, which is why we eagerly follow any news about upcoming releases so we can report the most up-to-date information back to you. Just this morning, Vogue.co.uk released an exclusive interview with the newest designer to team up with Puma on a new collection of (amazing) sneakers.
>According to the site, Sophia Webster, a London-based designer who won the BFC/Vogue Fashion Fund award in 2016, is the latest in the fashion world to collaborate with the German sportswear company. Sophia, who is known for her colorful, tropical footwear, translated some of her distinctive styles onto the sneakers, including her signature butterfly design.
>But this collection is slightly different from others she’s done in the past, especially because she had to ensure the “fit and functionality” of the trainers, she told Vogue, was spot-on.
>The collaboration is set to drop after Labor Day, on Tuesday, September 5. But you’re going to want to act fast—we have a feeling this collection will be a top seller.
>Scroll down to see some of the sneakers in the collection, and then head to Vogue.co.uk to read to complete interview.
