After months of circulating speculation that supermodel Naomi Campbell might the next It-model to design her own clothing line, Campbell has confirmed that she's currently in talks to do just that.
"I've been approached by a few brands to design a line for them. It's something that interests me, and I'm in negotiations," the model told the Daily Mail. In keeping with the format of models designing fashion lines, she kept mostly mum on the subject, but at least we now know it's definitely in the works.
For our part, we're really curious who Naomi will partner with on this project. Her fellow supermodel Kate Moss has worked with Topshop on two collaborations thus far, so we expect more of a departure from Campbell. She's good friends with designers like Azzedine Alaïa, Dolce & Gabbana, and Roberto Cavalli, so we wouldn't be surprised to see her name on a capsule collection for one of their labels.
