Update, August 10: After promptly selling out last weekend, Meghan Markle’s Club Monaco Shoanah Dress ($328) has just been restocked—but you might want to act quickly, as we don’t expect it to stay around for long. Scroll down to see how the Duchess of Sussex styled it for a wedding she attended on her birthday and shop it for yourself.

Originally published on August 4: We’ve known for a week that Meghan Markle had plans to celebrate her first birthday as a duchess at the wedding of Charlie van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenks, and since then we have been eagerly waiting to see what the new royal would wear. So far, she has favored a wide range of brands, from high-end designers like Dior to affordable names like Polo Ralph Lauren. Lucky for us commoners, Meghan skewed mass, choosing popular mall brand Club Monaco for the wedding of Prince Harry’s prep school friend. The color-block dress rings in at $328 with a button-up neckline that the duchess left open to reveal a lacy bra. Clearly, the versatile frock works for more formal occasions such as a wedding, but it could definitely feel right at the office as well. Meghan finished off the look with a Philip Treacy fascinator and slingback Aquazzura pumps. Scroll down to shop the look and to see how the royal family wished Meghan a happy birthday.
