It’s hard to believe that we’re already into the last month of the year! Thinking back on 2016, it’s truly been one of the best. While we’re still in the midst of holiday preparations, it’s never too early to start planning your outfit for the biggest party of the year. That’s right, I’m talking about New Year’s Eve. When I say that this is your moment to shine, I mean it both literally and figuratively. I can’t think of a better evening to dress to the nines and add a little glitz and glam into the mix. There are only so many occasions to wear sequins, and this is definitely one of them in my book.
If you’re still shopping for the perfect ensemble, you’re in luck! Today I’ve put together not one, but five NYE looks to have you shining well after the ball drops on 2017. Keep scrolling and let’s get shopping…
Little Sparkly Dress + Platform Heels
Forget the little black dress. New Year’s Eve is all about sparkle. Whether you’re all about subtle shimmer or wearing sequins from head to toe, there’s a little sparkly dress for that. I love the style of this sequined halter dress from Anthropologie paired with a pair of statement pumps like these from my LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s collection.
Crop Top + Party Skirt + Ladylike Heels
I’m a fan of all five of these holiday ensembles, but this next one is one of my favorites. There’s something about tulle skirts that instantly elevates an outfit. I’m all about those ladylike details. Pair it with a simple tank and velvet ankle strap heels and you have yourself the perfect NYE look in my opinion!
Crop Top + Embellished Pants + Blazer
Jumpsuit + Strappy Heels + Jacket
Sparkly Top + Leather Pants + Booties
The last outfit I have in the mix for all of you is something a little simpler that still packs a sophisticated punch. I’m all about pairing this sequined Marseille Tank from Paper Crown with leather leggings. The only thing you need to take it to the next level is a great pair of booties like these ones from my LC Lauren Conrad collection.
Which one of these looks is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
