Earlier today, Kate Hudson was appointed an ambassador to the United Nations World Food Programme, in recognition of her efforts to help end hunger and spread the word through her social platforms. For the past three years, Hudson has acted as an ambassador to Michael Kors's Watch Hunger Stop initiative, which supports the WFP, so fittingly, Kors himself hosted a conversation at UCLA to celebrate and support Hudson's WFP appointment. Among the attendees were fashion powerhouses like Caro Daur, Aimee Song, and Camila Coelho, to name a few.
To celebrate the honor and recognition, Hudson wore a long-sleeve floral-print dress with a pair of simple nude pointed-toe heels. This also marks the first appearance since the birth of her daughter, Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa. See her first post-baby red carpet look below.
