Just because something is a hugely popular trend doesn't mean you should try it if you're not comfortable—a sentiment Jessica Alba definitely abides by. Alba chatted with Us Weekly about all things denim, including her new collaboration with DL1961 that launched today.
In the interview, Alba revealed that there's one style she won't try: cropped flares. "I have girlfriends who rock the cropped flares," she told the magazine. "I have curves, so they make me look wide. I know how to dress for my body."
She also dished out some advice for shorter girls trying to find the ultimate flattering silhouette: "For someone who's a little bit shorter, I think wearing flares with a stacked heel is good because you get the platform in the front so you're not stepping high on your tippy-toes," she said.
