Here's Jenna Lyons's First Major Fashion Project Since Leaving J.Crew

Every J.Crew lover or Jenna Lyons fangirl likely asked the same question when the former president announced she’d be stepping down from the brand: What’s she going to do next? For the record, we don’t entirely know just yet. But today we received a peek at Lyons's first major fashion project since her big career shift. And it makes its debut in the Glamour September issue.

"Here's What Happens When Jenna Lyons Dresses Her Girl Gang" is not just the headline for her feature but also, well, pretty much spells it out. Lyons recruited a team of her coolest—and beyond impressive—friends, including UN ambassador Samantha Power, models Jacquelyn Jablonski and Sabina Karlsson, and founder of SUNU Journal/college lecturer Amy Sall. And the accompanying pictures show just a few of the adventurous mix-and-match looks created by the style star. Tailored coats and Adidas stripes, bold cardis and ladylike handbags, flowing gowns and tube socks—yep, they’re all accounted for.
