My job is to set the design philosophy for our brand which started in 1989.

People would find the diversity of our range and the constant update of our jewellery design selection surprising—it is a continual, challenging, and enjoyable process.

My first interview was in Narrabri, North Western NSW. I don't remember what I wore unfortunately, however, I landed the job!

My go-to resource is my constant curiousity in observing the world around me. It's important to always look at the world around you and ask questions, to learn and grow.

I do not have regrets. I'm always looking forward.

Good presentation, steady eye contact, the ability to hold a conversation, interest and knowledge of our brand, passion and commitment.

My aim is to feel happy in my choice of garment. I make sure my accessories, and grooming are all in line—I don’t think about looking powerful.

I would hope that my co-workers find me calm, approachable, reliable, and fun.

When feeling uninspired I give myself a break by listening to music.

I do not have much experience in quitting jobs—I would suggest if you are not happy, give appropriate notice and move on.

Easy. A tuna salad.

Entry level employees should avoid mistakes by remaining observant, interested, and willing.

I mainly just follow my family and friends on Instagram.

In the morning, a good breakfast.  Evening, change of clothes, relax, and take the time to eat well, read, listen to music, watch TV. I also love going to a good movie.

To be persistent and not give up.

I am very excited about the designs in mind and collections for the year ahead.
