This 20-Year-Old Sydney Model Has Nailed French-Girl Style

In a sea of thousands of fashion girls on Instagram, I get picky with who I choose to follow. And I tend to be careful choosing models in particular because yes, they can look amazing on the runway, or banging in a bikini, but it's not always the case that they have a great personal style of their own IRL and I can't always take away style inspiration.

Someone who has the looks, style, and most importantly, the attitude to match is 20-year-old Sydney model Ingrid Williams. You might have seen her in international fashion lookbooks or runways, and you would have definitely seen her at Fashion Week Australia modelling for local designers.

If you're into berets, vintage, straw hats, denim, polka dots, stripes, and a fresh glowy look (aka all the things that scream major French vibes) Williams is the one you should hit follow on and take style notes. I had a chat to her to dig deeper into her personal style, her attitude towards modelling and the fashion industry, and the number one quote she lives by.

Keep scrolling to check out her style, the interview, and shop Williams' favourite items.

WHO WHAT WEAR AUSTRALIA: Tell me about yourself, how did you get into modelling?

INGRID WILLIAMS: I was first scouted when I was 16 over Facebook. I had a friend who was working for Toni & Guy at the time and she asked me to be her hair model. From there she added the photos to Facebook and an agent contacted me to come in for a meeting. The rest is history!
