Gisele Bündchen is one of the most successful supermodels ever, but you might not know that she's also one of the most philanthropic. This week, her humanitarian work with the United Nations was recognized in a major way.
At the David Lynch Foundation's Women of Vision Awards in New York City, Bündchen was recognized for using her platform to spread light on environmental issues. Not only is she a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Program, but she also founded the Água Limpa Project, which works to sustain natural vegetation and preserve clean water.
"When we all unite our unique abilities in service of a common good, we can create a better world," she said in a statement.
Despite such an impressive honor, what really caught our eye was what she wore for the occasion. She donned an all-white pantsuit with a satin necktie, a box clutch, and beige pointed heels.
