I’ll gladly take my styling cues from Victoria Beckham, and this week the designer stepped out in a shoe trend that makes my favourite long-line, winter-worn denim feel surprisingly ready for spring. Not sandals—as you might expect at this time of year—but something even chicer. Instead, Beckham opted for an elegant pair of heeled peep-toe shoes to bridge the seasonal divide.

Peeking out from beneath her dark-wash, longline Julia Jeans from her namesake label (£390), her jet-black peep toes anchored denim with a lighter, more wearable energy. Where boots paired with jeans can feel too heavy for these early spring days, and sandals a little premature, this in-between style offers a considered alternative.

To be honest, this was arguably the easiest beauty testing experience I've ever encountered. Victoria Beckham Beauty is responsible for some of my favorite makeup products of all time (in fact, if I could only use one brand for the rest of my life, it'd probably be VBB), so committing to the brand for 16 days was a piece of cake. The Formula

Coming in the same formula and rollerball pipette applicator as the Colour Wash Blush Tints (£44), these watercolour-esque bronzers deliver a sheer wash of bronze to the skin before drying down into a long-lasting stain. Ingredients-wise, you'll find activated sea water, antioxidant-rich fruit extracts and hydrating coconut water in the formula for a juicy glow, even once the stain has set onto the skin. Whilst I adore the powder bronzer from VBB, these dewy bronze tints are a welcome addition to my makeup bag when I crave something lighter.

The Shades

At the moment, there are just two shades to pick from: Tanline and Heatwave. Tanline is a sheer, golden bronze hue, whereas Heatwave provides a deeper and cooler-toned tint. I've been using Tanline to add warmth to my sun-starved complexion as we head into spring, but I'll absolutely be reaching for Heatwave come summer, when I'll undoubtedly crave a bronzed glow. Both look dark in the bottle, but rest assured that these are so sheer that they leave just a hint of pigment once blended onto the skin.

The Application

These bronzing tints have a pipette applicator with a rollerball on the end, which allows you to scribble a controlled amount either directly onto your skin or on the back of your hand, if you prefer (just be prepared for a long-lasting stain there too!). I would usually steer away from a bronzing stain for fear of it going wrong, but these allow generous blending time before setting, and the watery texture means you get a very sheer tint. I love it as it allows you to achieve a wash of sun-kissed colour, or layer applications for more depth.

I like to apply a couple of drops to one cheek at a time, and then use a fluffy makeup brush to blend, applying any excess on the forehead, nose and chin. The watery textures apply seamlessly over foundation or bare skin, and the lightweight consistency means they look incredibly natural on the skin, drying down into a watercolour stain that has a dewy radiance to it. Think of the well-rested glow you only get after two weeks in the sun. I'm in awe of just how natural-looking these tints look, delivering a convincing sun-kissed glow wherever you apply them.

My Verdict

I'm putting it out there: this might be one of my favourite new beauty launches this year. I love how fresh and dewy these bronzing tints make my skin look, and although the pipette applicator looks a bit daunting to use, the formula is so sheer and effortless to blend that you really can't go wrong with them. Once set, they last really well throughout the day and because of the lightweight consistency, it never looks heavy or cakey on the skin like some bronzers can. You're just left with a realistic veil of sun-drenched colour. The bronzer shade range is limited with just the two hues to choose from, so I hope to see some more options soon. But otherwise, I really cannot fault them. Bravo, VB.

I’ve been monitoring Victoria Beckham’s style for years, and I have to say, she’s always at her chicest in Paris.

Returning to the French capital at least twice a year for the Victoria Beckham runway show, she’s well acquainted with dressing for the world’s most stylish city. Not one to dip in and out of trends at pace, Beckham instead relies on a carefully curated wardrobe of enduring staples to see her through. Chief among them? Her signature puddle pants.

Ask any beauty editor about their favourite beauty products, and nine times out of 10, you can be sure that the Victoria Beckham Beauty Satin Kajal Liners will be mentioned. Our team has tried a lot of eyeliners, but nothing tops Victoria Beckham Beauty's. In fact, VB herself is no stranger to gracing our feeds with a step-by-step tutorial for how she achieves her signature smoky eye (she's a big fan of her Satin Kajal Liner in Cocoa, FYI), but in a recent Instagram video, she actually traded in her usual brown eyeliner for something very unexpected.

"I have been desiring these kinds of purply, mauvy tones for quite some time. I find they're really, really flattering, work on all different eye colours, and I'm ready to update my smoky eye, and give it a fresh, a fresh look for 2026," says Beckham in the video.

As a fellow brown-eyed person who also gravitates towards brown eyeliners and eyeshadows, I was intrigued, and so I took this as a sign to try the Fig Satin Kajal Liner for myself. And I have to say, I'm glad I did. I'm a colour-phobe when it comes to my eye makeup, so trying a purple eyeliner certainly put me out of my comfort zone. Despite the familiar routine of parting ways with my beloved mini hemlines and floaty dresses at the start of every winter, there always comes a point in the season when trouser fatigue starts to kick in. Fed up with wearing thermal leggings underneath tailored styles and trying every conceivable configuration of ‘jeans and a nice top’ formulas possible, it’s high time I turn my eye elsewhere and look for another item to suit my cold-weather wardrobe. Enter: leather pants.

Formerly synonymous with the on-stage looks of bad hair metal bands or tacky dress-up parties, leather pants have come leaps and bounds in terms of their place in the fashion landscape. (Because who could forget David and Victoria Beckham’s matching monochromatic Gucci leather looks that they wore to the opening of the Versace Club on New Bond Street in 1999?)

Now, leather pants outfits are ubiquitous as a leather jacket from The Frankie Shop or a leather bag from The Row. The runways have proved time and time again, from the cropped pair worn by Amber Valletta in the aforementioned Italian maison’s spring/summer 1996 collection to the ultra-fitted style featured in Ann Demeulemeester’s landmark autumn/winter 2023 collection.

More recently, Chloé produced hip-grazing leather pants in muted moss and soil tones for its grungy-bohemian autumn/winter 2025 collection, evoking this sort of countryside chaos that complemented the faux-tail bag charms and aristocratic trench coats that appeared throughout the presentation. Even Posh Spice herself updated the style in her spring/summer 2026 collection by presenting a pair of deep indigo leather pants designed to imitate denim. If there was one phrase to sum up the past year, it would be the title of Charli XCX and Caroline Polacheck’s 2024 single, “Everything Is Romantic”. The song, which was featured in the teaser trailer for Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights, croons about falling in love again and again and has since gone viral on social media after its initial release on the British singer’s magnum opus album, Brat.

Love, clearly, is in the air, and given this collective mood coincides with Who What Wear UK’s 10th anniversary celebration, there’s never been a better time to look back on the stylish pairings that best embrace this. Indeed, there have been countless best-dressed celebrity couples vying for the crown throughout the course of our small but mighty history. Here on home soil, we have duos like Sienna Miller and Oli Green, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham and Alexa Chung and Tom Sturridge, all of whom make London’s vibrant fashion scene all the more exciting when they step out.

Across the pond, there are established relationships like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce and Lily-Rose Depp and 070 Shake, who prove that affairs of the heart are closely intertwined with those of the style variety. Of course, there are also emerging love stories, like the one between Lana Del Rey and alligator wrangler husband Jeremy Dufrene or Bella Hadid and her real-life cowboy Adan Banuelos, who constantly keep us on our toes with the way they radically dress to their own accord for their outings. Whilst it would’ve been lovely to include notable past looks like John F. A date night for this couple includes heading to the annual Met Gala and flaunting their excellent taste at Santa Monica’s star-studded Italian restaurant, Giorgio Baldi. The rapper and the self-proclaimed bad gal Riri really do it like no other.

Style Notes: Posh and Becks have a relationship straight out of a British fairytale. But instead of star-crossed lovers and evil step-mothers, you have an upstart Premier League star from Manchester, a global pop sensation from nearby Essex and a love that’s spanned over twenty years. Throughout each decade, they’ve brought their own respective taste to the relationship, from her Spice Girls-era little black dresses to his Real Madrid-days frosted tips and her WAG-inspired bleached extensions and Hermès Birkins. Bridging both old and new media, David and Victoria Beckham have always mastered matching one another’s sartorial energies. Though they’ve since levelled up from being the front pages of tabloid rags to helming their own documentary series chronicling their respective lives and legacies, the Beckhams have always used fashion to their advantage, making them the exemplar of a modern power couple.

3. Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles

Style Notes: Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles might be the most nascent couple on this list, however, the short span of their relationship should in no way disregard the countless displays of harmonious style. The actress and the musician began casually dating back in August after the pair were caught strolling arm and arm by onlookers. They’ve since taken their tryst international following on from this soft launch, showing up in Rome, New York and London to parade both their burgeoning romance and matching pieces from The Row. The couple met on set as co-stars in Marvel’s Spiderman franchise and, like the Peter Parkers and MJ Watsons that came before them, fell madly in love. As one of the most prolific and incredibly polished actors in Young Hollywood, it’s fitting that Zendaya found her match in Holland, a former theatre kid from South West London who shares her passion for dance, drama and method dressing.
