I’m usually a bit of a foundation snob, only opting for luxury formulas, but trust me when I say that this drugstore find performs way beyond its £12 price tag.

Gone are the days of overly drying matte foundations, and in their place lie a number of blurring formulas that remove excess oil whilst simultaneously providing the skin with a myriad of skincare benefits. With 78 shades available, MAC’s Studio Fix Powder Plus foundation is by far the easiest way for anyone to find their perfect skin match. This two-in-one foundation and setting powder has been reformulated with a blurring-matte finish and 24-hour oil control. But if you have dry skin, never fear; it remains lightweight and breathable, without clinging to patches on my face. Not to mention it’s sweat- and humidity-resistant, something I’ve been very grateful for after the last two heatwaves we’ve experienced here in the UK.

I'll start with the body butter because I'm biased. IMHO, it's one of the best body butters out there, and the salted caramel scent just adds a little something extra. It contains seven different oils and butters that hug your skin like the coziest fall sweater. From Kalahari melon to sorrel, baobab, and sunflower to rice bran and coconut, it's a smorgasbord of silky, hydrating oils that provide an incredible amount of hydration for hours on end.

I know what you're thinking: If you're acne-prone, this sounds like a nightmare and half, but I can tell you that I have the most sensitive, acne-prone skin, and it doesn't cause a single breakout. It only leaves my skin feeling restored, renewed, and like a baby's bottom well after I slather it on post-shower. You can thank other super hydrators like shea butter and glycerin for that. As for the salted caramel scent, it's such a beautiful and subtle gourmand fragrance that I absolutely love. If you're looking for something heavily scented, then this might not be your jam, but if you're like me and love a scent that quietly lingers without overpowering, you're in luck. It's reminiscent of the most delicious and fragrant fall latte.

If you're looking for something a little more lightweight, the brand's body milk might be a little more your speed. It has more of a lotion consistency, but don't worry; it doesn't lack in the hydration department. It still contains a host of luxe oils like melon, baobab, and coconut, but also contains Barbados cherry extract, which helps quench dehydrated skin.

I honestly love using the body milk during the summer because it's a little lighter in consistency, but I won't lie to you, I'll be switching between this and the body butter for the rest of the year because I can't get enough of the scent. It's also designed to help boost the moisture barrier, keeping water and moisture locked in for days at a time.

Honestly, I'm not usually one for lip masks. Give me a good, simple lip balm, and I'm more than happy, but this one made me a convert so fast. Never have my lips felt so smooth, hydrated, and plush. For an ultimate treat, I'll exfoliate beforehand and do this as an overnight treatment. Coconut, castor, and jojoba oil in the formula help your lips retain moisture so they appear fuller with more elasticity. Pomegranate sterols also help improve the lips' moisture barrier so they're less prone to dryness or dehydration.

While, yes, the lip mask formula keeps me coming back for more, I stay for the amazingly good salted caramel flavor, which smells like an actual bakery on my lips. I'm secretly hoping Fenty will make this flavor a permanent part of the collection or bring it back seasonally. Limited-edition simply won't do. If it's truly a one-time thing, best believe I'm stocking up.

Not much tops this ultra-luxurious body butter from Josie Maran. Maran offers some of the best clean bodycare items on the market because they somehow smell absolutely incredible but contain no synthetic fragrance. I don't quite know how she does it, but Golden Hour in particular is a magical scent. And the hydration this body butter offers is out of this world. I'm also never sure if body butters that claim to firm the skin are really doing anything, but this is one I truly believe in.

The idea of using a body retinol might sound intimidating, but this formula from Nécessaire is a favorite. The first time I used it, my skin got a little irritated, so proceed with caution if you have ultra-sensitive skin, but once I got used to it, it has been amazing for the little bumps on my arms and occasional bacne that I get. The instructions say you can use daily, but two to three times a week is enough for me.

Lush's fragrant and hydrating shower gels actually make me look forward to showering. Honey I Washed the Kids is my all-time favorite from the brand. It features honey, orange oil, and bergamot oil as its star ingredients. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and hydrated, and the smell is just *chef's kiss.*

Dream cream isn't fragrant, so it's great for anyone sensitive to smells, but it's still one of Lush's most luxurious and hydrating formulas. It's great for reactive skin types like mine because it contains a calming blend of oat milk, lavender, and chamomile. I have acne-prone skin that can get a little red at times, and this calms it right down almost instantly.

Éminence is such an elegant organic skincare brand. In fact, as a beauty editor with years of experience and product trials under my belt, I think it's one of the best clean brands on the market. The formulas are beautiful, and the brand's Stone Crop line is one of its most impressive. This body oil contains soothing, calming, and hydrating ingredients like stone crop, arnica, rose-hip oil, and avocado oil. The best part? The formula is never greasy. It leaves a soft, matte finish on the skin, so it works perfect during the fall/winter season with a heavier lotion or body for added hydration.

Solid body oils are so slept on IMO. This one is an absolute dream for dry, dull skin because it contains tropical oils and vitamin-rich camu camu to bring radiance back to skin. It's also great if you struggle with dark spots on the body and want to even out your skin tone.

"Rihanna, I love this," Hadid says, as she swipes it on her skin to sculpt and contour her face. "I almost sent her a picture a couple of months ago, but I was like, 'She's busy. I know that she's busy, and the last thing she wants is a text from me telling her how good her beauty stick is, but it's really good. So, Rih, if you're watching this, honey, you did that job."

Here's the drugstore moisturizer Hadid says she can't get enough of. Weleda's Skin Food Cream is an iconic product that's loved by beauty editors and makeup artists alike. "I go through like eight of these a month," Hadid says. "I buy them from CVS, and I'm obsessed with them. I have the little versions and the big versions."

When it comes to all-over base makeup, Hadid opts for this natural-looking tinted moisturizer for daytime (I like that it offers SPF 25 for extra sun protection). "This makes me feel like I've just gone to the beach." I think for a natural look, just to have something that's a tinted moisturizer is really nice."

For more coverage, namely for her nighttime look, Hadid uses this drugstore foundation-concealer hybrid.

"I put this right on top of the Clinique," Hadid says, as she blends Saie's Dew Bronze Soft-Focus Liquid Bronzer all over her face for a sunlit glow.

Another makeup product Hadid buys from CVS is this iconic item is her bronzer. She applies it all over her skin "to make it really look like we went to the beach, even though we didn't."

For a little extra coverage in the areas she wants it, Hadid uses this multipurpose face palette from Make Up For Ever. It contains highlighter, blush, and contour shades that are designed to be mixed and matched for a customized finish.

Yet another Fenty Beauty product Hadid swears by. She applies this golden highlighter duo to the high points of her face, including her cheekbones, nose, and eyes. "I mix them both," she says.

Hadid's favorite blushes are from Rhode, her friend Hailey Bieber's brand. She loves Sleepy Girl, a soft mauve shade, and Toasted Teddy, a terra-cotta hue she uses to create a sunburnt effect on her cheeks.

"We have been seeing a return of the goth '90s aesthetic in makeup lately, and I believe it will continue into the next year," Razzano says. "Think dark, bold lips like Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain 10hr Liquid Lipstick ($16) in shades like 134 Plum Madness and black smudged eyes with heavy mascara—a mix of goth and rock 'n' roll, the quintessential vibe of late '90s chic."

This makeup tip from Razzano is life-changing. I had no idea that layering a cream eye shadow underneath a powder one could dial up its pigment and make it look professional-grade. "Think of powder eye shadow like chiffon," he says. "You need many layers, even a black to achieve depth of color. Now, think of cream shadow like thick cotton, which is completely opaque. Sewell says this is one of the most underrated beauty tips out there. "The eye and lip area are very different, but they share a lot of the same issues: darkness, texture, and dehydration," she says. "Try it. It'll make your lip application look 1000 times better."

"I predict one of the biggest beauty trends for the coming year will be editorial-style cool tones, especially the use of metallic silver," Solares says. "We've been seeing silver make a comeback across the fashion scene, and it is translating to beauty. This time around, there are fewer guidelines for the use of silver. In the past, I would have advised you to ground a silver eye look with a deep liner, but the editorial look that I'm referring to is edgy and unconventional.

"If you're feeling adventurous, you could try this trend on the lips! I like to use the Danessa Myricks Colorfix Multi-Use Eye, Cheek & Lip Waterproof Liquid Pigment ($20) because it can be used anywhere on the face. Use an angled liner brush to apply as eyeliner or a fluffy shadow brush to blend out for a smoky eye look. You can also use it as a topper over your favorite lipstick!"

No matte lipstick on hand? No worries. Solares says you can use a standard lip liner instead. "An underrated beauty tip that I think more people should know is how to use a lip liner as long-lasting lipstick," Solares says. "As matte lipsticks have become less popular and satin or gloss finishes are trending, it's become harder to achieve a long-wearing lip. One of my go-to tricks is to use a lip liner to line the lips, then completely fill in the lip with the same liner. After, apply a satin lipstick or gloss over the top and reap the benefits of a lip-stain effect and a longer-lasting lip look. This works best with a classic pencil lip liner, like the LYS Beauty Speak Love Lip Liner Pencil ($15). This liner helps nurture and condition lips with all-day staying power, so you achieve the look you want without drying out the lips."

If you're anything like me, you've definitely tried to cheat your way to a flawless hairstyle by beginning to style your hair before it is completely dry. Marjan says this is a no-go, especially if you want a volumized look. "Make sure hair is 100% dry when blow-drying before going into style! If there is any moisture left in the hair, it will immediately fall flat," she says.

"People often overlook how effective it can be to set your makeup in layers," Dedivanovic says. "Instead of applying powder at the very end of your makeup routine, try adding light layers of loose powder between steps—before eye shadow, after foundation, before cream blush, etc. This creates grip and helps lock in makeup while keeping it looking natural. The need for less touch-ups is always a good thing."

A lot of people, myself included, tend to confuse bronzer and contour, but Ono wants you to know that they're different. "When it comes to bronzer, don't automatically think you need to apply it to your natural contours to create a sculpted complexion," she says. "Bronzer is actually great to create warmth to the skin and should be applied to where the sun naturally hits your face—tops of cheeks, temples, bridge of your nose. That warms up your complexion and gives you a healthy glow."

When I find out how the queen herself, Rihanna, wears her blush, I have to try it immediately and share it with everyone I know. "You don't always have to keep it at the apples of cheeks," Ono says. "Rihanna loves to bring it up through her temples and create this gorgeous wash of color.
