While I attempt to be well-prepared for every flight I take, I make sure to plan fastidiously for long-haul journeys that are over six hours or so. On quick trips, I can get away with not wearing the comfiest thing in the world, forgetting to pack my lip balm, or not charging my laptop. For lengthier flights, however, these small details can sour my entire trip. If Adriana Lima's recent airport outfit is any indication, I have a feeling she agrees with me.

Last week, Lima arrived at the airport in Buenos Aires after attending a Victoria's Secret event. For a Miami-bound flight, Lima wore Skechers Slip-Ins With Contour Foam ($70). "The best way to treat breakage is to use a weekly hair mask or deep treatment,” recommends Fitzsimons. Over the course of her three-decade career, Adriana Lima has created one of the most impressive résumés in fashion, earning her the rightful title of supermodel. Her newest gig? When you think of Victoria's Secret, you think of Adriana Lima. However, the world-renowned model is finally putting away her wings after having walked in what is now 18 Victoria's Secret fashion shows, which she announced on Instagram with a heartfelt post. During this year's show, the model was honored with a nostalgic tribute to her 20 years spent with the brand and closed the show with a tear-filled yet appreciative final walk. 

Before the show, I went backstage to chat with Adriana just hours prior to her farewell moment. We chatted about how she spent her morning preparing for the big day ahead, what she typically wears when she wants to unwind (more on that to come), but also about one of her favorite Victoria's Secret products of all time. Without hesitation, when I asked which VS item she wears on a day-to-day basis, Lima sat up and quickly replied with a firm, "I love push-up bras." 

"It's definitely sexy all the way. I change the materials all the time. You can have a cotton push-up bra—that’s something I wear mostly during the day—but if you want to be a little bit sexier, at night you can choose something with lace," she excitedly explained. While she couldn't dare single out one VS push-up bra in particular, she did inform me of her push-up bra color palette preferences—royal blue, red, black, and white.

"I mean, I am such a girly-girl," she said, "and I love being glamorous, and that includes when I’m in my house lounging. So I'm the type of girl that if I have to make myself feel happy and sexy like when I have my me time, I'm totally going to go and choose the sexiest lingerie, I'm going to put it on, I'm going to go get the most glamorous robe, I'm going to put my heels on, I will have a glass of champagne on my own, and I will watch a classic Hollywood movie. That is so me."

Adriana Lima has walked her final show for Victoria's Secret. The Brazilian supermodel made her Victoria's Secret debut in 1999 and has since walked in 18 more shows—more than any other angel.

Last night marked the debut airing of the 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Forbes has released its annual list of the world's highest-paid models, based on data gathered on the 2013 fiscal year. Obviously, there are some familiar names on this list: Moss, Upton, Kerr, and Kloss all have their rightful place on the magazine's list of the top 21 most well-paid models in the world. 

But perhaps more surprising is who managed to make their way to the top few spots on the list. Here's a hint: the top-earning model in 2013 made an unbelievable $47 million last year, while the second-place model made a relatively modest $8 million.

The Russian model and It-girl came in 10th place, raking in an impressive $4 million in 2013.

Rhoda made $5 million in 2013, landing her in ninth place.

Ambrosio made $5 million in 2013, putting her in eighth place.

Liu Wen made a jaw-dropping $7 million in 2013, landing her in seventh place.

Kerr, who stars in six campaigns for the F/W 14 season, made a whopping $7 million last year. 

Upton made $7 million in 2013, landing her in fifth place.

The 40-year-old Moss made $7 million in 2013, though as we've seen, her assets soar in the $25-million range.

Lima's $8 million take-home in 2013 helped bump her into the top-three highest-paid models in the world.

Perhaps most surprising: Doutzen Kroes comes in at second place, having taken home $8 million in 2013.

The number-one highest-paid model in the world? GIsele Bündchen, who crushed her competition by raking in a staggering $47 million in 2013.
