Erin Wasson is the sort of model multihyphenate who’s always fascinating to watch. We adore her tough-meets-tomboy style, so naturally when we heard she recently launched a collaboration with PacSun, we jumped at the chance to chat with her about it.

Who What Wear: What are your styling suggestions for the Southern Bell Bell Sleeve Romper ($50)?
Erin Wasson: Wear with sexy platforms for night or sh*t-kicker boots for day. I like it unbuttoned with a bra and some killer accessories.
WWW: What’s one thing we (regular people) don’t know about walking red carpets?
EW: It's blinding! It's like holding your breath under water with all the flashes, and you just hope there's one good pic in there.
WWW: What do you think about Los Angeles becoming the next fashion destination?
EW: L.A. is seen as a culturally diverse city now. The art scene is booming. Music and fashion worlds have collided. Celebrity is more important than ever. There's a lot happening, and people are noticing.
WWW: Which piece from the collection do you think is the biggest man/woman magnet, and why?
EW: The Zip Front Super Flare Jeans ($55). They have a Farrah Fawcett throwback vintage feel that I think makes everyone happy.
WWW: What do you think the biggest Instagram faux pas is?
EW: Just sharing too damn much. Nobody really cares what you had for dinner or what you look like when you're about to go to sleep.
WWW: Where does the phrase “babe is busy” come from that’s printed on a few of your designs, like the T-Strap Bralette Bikini Top ($30)?
EW: Too busy to be bothered. Always have purpose, and never stop challenging yourself creatively.
WWW: What word or phrase do you think is totally overused?
EW: Anyone that uses "hashtag" to start a sentence. It's not okay.
