New York-based accessories brand KOTUR is taking the phrase “spring in your step” literally with its flower-embellished Jardines Sandals ($650). Covered in bright silk blooms, the nude heels are the ultimate conversation starter, adding a touch of whimsy to everything from dresses to boyfriend jeans. So of course, when our favorite Do It Yourself expert Erica Domesek of P.S. I Made This came to us with idea of crafting our very own pair of flower sandals—in two easy steps, no less—we put our best foot forward and jumped at the opportunity!
1. If the silk flowers have stems, use a wire cutter to remove them, leaving 1/4-inch or less.
2. Glue each silk flower to the strap of the sandals. Wait 30 minutes to dry completely.
