The Shoe Brands Everyone Will Wear This Summer

Shoes—one of my favorite topics. Like bags, they’re one piece I love buying most because they don’t subscribe to dress sizes and fit me at any given time. Yes, even after I’ve indulged in a bowl of pasta and a glass of wine at dinner with friends. So naturally, they’re one of the items I most enjoy adding to my closet. Carrie Bradshaw and I certainly have an affinity for all things shoes in common.

And lately, there are so many cool shoe brands that are on my radar. With a few scrolls on my Instagram feed, I’ve noticed some labels that are gaining popularity and are sure to be everywhere this summer. Ahead, I’m breaking down the coolest shoe brands of the moment including everything from true classics to up-and-coming labels to future standbys that you’re about to see everywhere—and wear all season long.

By Far

We have all eyes on shoe brand By Far. Its collection is stunning, but it also has some pretty special collaborations with the likes of Net-a-Porter and Ciao Lucia.

Manolo Blahnik

There’s no doubting that style mavens who can wear anything are still choosing Manolo Blahnik as their go-to shoes—and we agree with them. Season after season, the brand debuts the coolest styles that we always want to snap up.

Maryam Nassir Zadeh

Maryam Nassir Zadeh is known for her modern and streamlined aesthetic that is full of nods to vintage. And we’re seeing her styles show up more and more.

Ganni

The Copenhagen It-brand Ganni always turns out cool new pieces we want to wear immediately. And the best part? The prices are pretty reasonable.

Jacquemus

There’s no doubting this editor’s affinity for French label Jacquemus, but admittedly I’ve never tried the shoes for myself. But with styles this good, they’re destined for my future summer wardrobe—much like many other fashion girls.

And now, the biggest items of summer 2018.
