9 Cheap Summer Items I'm Buying Because Celebrities Wore Them

There's affordable clothing, and then there's affordable clothing that celebrities wear. To me, the two aren't the same. I can see a $20 bikini online and feel nothing short of a semi urge to buy it just because it's $20. I can then see that exact bikini being worn by a celebrity I'm not even a huge fan of and instantly go into shopping fight-or-flight mode. Get the picture? Sometimes when it comes to cheap clothing, we need that little extra validation that we are buying said item because it's actually cute and not just because it's under $100.

With that said, I am the queen of buying things I don't need, but the below celebrities just convinced me to buy nine cheap items that I don't regret at all. From the perfect white bikini to a cherry-print dress that won't break the bank, shop the under-$100 items celebrities with killer style have just essentially added to my cart.

Fashion Nova Plaid Bikini: $20

Jordyn Woods wore this adorable plaid bikini, and I have been obsessed with basically everything she wears ever since, so when I saw it was only $20, I knew it had to be mine.

Crap Eyewear Sunglasses: $79

These might not be the "cheapest" sunglasses on the internet, but if you ask me, they are the perfect cat-eye shape. Since I've been on the hunt for this exact shape for a while, any pair under $100 was a sight for my sore eyes.

Urban Outfitters Cherry Dress: $49

I was skeptical to spend hundreds on an obnoxious cherry-print dress (which is a lot coming from me), but I obviously still wanted to participate in the trend. When I feasted my eyes on this $49 baby from Urban, I was sold.

Donni Tube Top: $84

Tube tops are officially the off-the-shoulder top of summer 2018, meaning that for the time being, you can never have too many. The one Emma Roberts is rocking comes in enough colors to last me for summers to come.

Kendall & Kylie White Bikini: $78

"White bikinis that don't look cheap but actually are" has been my goal summer aesthetic for way too long. Leave it to Kendall and Kylie Jenner to design just the combination I was looking for.

Tory Burch T-Shirt: $68

I'm a sucker for a cool T-shirt of any kind. Throw it on with jeans and you have an outfit to remember… kind of. This simple yet fun tee from Tory Burch rings in at under $100 and makes me smile. End of story.

BaubleBar Statement Hoops: $34

Statement earrings are typically the one item your outfit is missing, especially during the summer. Since you are wearing less clothing, you kind of have less to work with. Statement earrings add a touch of glam sans another layer. Bella's $34 gold hoops are just the thing every summer outfit needs.

Cherry Los Angeles Tank: $40

Okay, so maybe I won't look as cool as Hailey in this simple tank, but I want to take a picture just like this and I will not be shamed for it.

I.AM.GIA Patent Pants: $118

These are over $100, and for that, I apologize, but most of you are willing to throw down for a really cool piece from I.AM.GIA, and ever since seeing this Dua look, I haven't stopped thinking about them.
