Just got a few images of the MAZ AZRIA show for y'all and couldn't wait to post. The collection is all about simplicity and was incredibly fresh"sort of like the sartorial version of a sorbet"palette-cleansing, if you will! There were loads of flowy, floor length, neutral dresses in gorgeous gauze, a perfect beige lurex tweed jacket (speaking of which, lots of lurex details for Spring 11), and a refreshingly light palette of beige, blush, pale gray, and the most delicate mint green. Speaking of delicate, loved that so many dresses featured delicately constructed/wispy bodices, a nice contrast to the voluminous skirts and unstructured silhouettes. Also noticed some slightly sporty geometric cutouts throughout the line, and thought these subtle details were complimentary to the collection's refined and minimalist design.
