For the occasion, the actress donned a patent leather trench by the designer (worn as a dress) as well as Christian Louboutin heart-adorned pumps, and she appeared to be having the time of her life (as one does when you're Blake Lively).
To further solidify her love for the holiday, Lively took to Instagram to capture her red outfit, festive shoes, red Louis Vuitton bag, heart-shaped cookies, and a huge heart-shaped diamond ring by friend Lorainne Schwartz.
