We've all done our fair sharing of talking about which colors make women more attractive to men—but what about the other way around? This fashion game shouldn't all be about us women changing our appearances constantly to make ourselves be more attractive. That's just unfair. Something's gotta give, and we definitely feel that men have to participate too.
This is why we were thrilled to stumble across one scientific study from 2010 that revealed the color women found most attractive on men: red. In one experiment in the study, 21 female undergrads looked at a black-and-white picture of a man against either a red or white background, and then rated the man's attractiveness. The man was rated significantly more attractive when he was pictured against the red background.
This is interesting when you consider that, in daily life, men don't really wear red that much—at least not in our daily lives. But perhaps they should do so more often!
