Bella Hadid first used denim to pay tribute to the '90s, but last night she took it back to the '00s with her jean outfit, and we're totally digging it. The model attended Dior's Poison Club Fragrance party in a blue-jean midi, taking the denim trend to new heights but also stirring up flashbacks of Britney and Justin's coordinating red carpet look that is forever engrained in our minds.
Hadid's 2017 version of the denim silhouette featured a balconette-style bodice and unexpected sparkly, logo-embellished straps, giving the designer dress a modern update. Hadid kept accessories to a minimum (because let's face it—a look this bold is a statement in itself), opting for thin hoop earrings, a delicate choker-style necklace, and minimalist black sandals. The 20-year-old's ensemble screamed 2000s, from her slicked-down hair to her dark nail polish. But what we really want to know is: Could the denim dress be the newest trend to take over our closets?
