Designer logo mania is still alive and well thanks to labels like Balenciaga, which is taking things up a notch when it comes to branded wares. After making quite the fashion statement with an IKEA-inspired tote, Creative Director Demna Gvasalia is marking Balenciaga's takeover of Colette in Paris with a bevy of novelty items, dubbed "goodies," starting in the double-digit range. The French fashion house will sell everything from $23 sleeping masks to $86 house slippers—and oh yea, a restock of the $1100 leather version of the brand's paper shopping bag that recently sold out.
So if you can't quite spring for that leather shopper or, you know, a classic handbag, you can splurge on a quirky Balenciaga-emblazoned mug for under $50, a travel pillow for $40, or a $12 lighter. Either way, there's something available for every budget. Gvasalia is also using the brand's pop-up at Colette as a chance to showcase art exhibits and installations, and treat shoppers to free manicures designed by Balenciaga's go-to nail artist, Mei Kawajiri. The unique shopping residency will run through August 5—needless to say, if you're in Paris, this is one you won't want to miss.
