We perpetually fawn over Consuelo Castiglioni's runway creations at Marni, so naturally we were thrilled to hear the house is launching its first-ever fragrance. We got a preview of the perfume, which will be available later this month, and are delighted to report that our team is truly obsessed. The lovely scent fuses spicy notes, like cinnamon bark and cardamom, with cedar and a hint of rose, creating an entirely unique perfume that's bound to become a classic.
10 Crosby Clutches ($395 each)
Derek Lam's diffusion line, 10 Crosby, has consistently wowed us with its stylish wares, so naturally we're excited about the brand's handbag debut, which will be available at Moda Operandi and Revolve Clothing later this month. From the lizard-embossed clutches to the practical canvas tote, each carrier has "It" bag potential.
While we're always elated to present our latest fashion finds, we're equally excited to share our new reality TV obsession. This time around, it's Oxygen's The Face, which debuts on February 12th. The premise is simple-supermodels Naomi Campbell, Coco Rocha, and Karolina Kurkova coach three teams of aspiring models as they participate in photo shoots, runway shows, and commercials-but we have a feeling the process will be delightfully complicated...
GOLDSIGN for J.Crew Jenny Jeans ($218) in Ecru
These five-pocket cuffed jeans from the GOLDSIGN for J.Crew collaboration--available in select J.Crew stores now and on JCrew.com on February 27th--will undoubtedly be the newest addition to our denim wardrobes. The winter white hue is completely on-point now and will take you well through the warmer months too.
Loeffler Randall x Tucker Odile Oxfords ($195)
The combination of a celebrity-approved shoe designer (Loeffler Randall) plus a brand known for its perennially chic prints (Tucker) equals a sartorial equation we can get behind. We adore the collaboration's entire five-piece line, but the Odile Oxfords top our list. The eye-catching floral pattern instantly updates the classic shoe style, resulting in a modern-yet-timeless look we adore. For more about the collaboration, check out our exclusive Q&A with the designers on our blog.
Chanel Couture 2013 Runway
In addition to the elaborate forest-like stage and tulle-adorned eye makeup at the Chanel couture show in Paris late last month, the finale got everybody talking. Not one, but two ethereal brides strolled down the runway holding hands and with Hudson Kroenig-Lagerfeld's four-year-old godson-in tow. With France currently divided on the hot-button issue of gay marriage, Karl Lagerfeld's not-so-subtle statement couldn't be more timely or admirable.--Erin Fitzpatrick
