Thursday, January, 08, 2009 In addition to your morning caffeine fix, we have a sneaking suspicion that today's panel of trendsetters will help energize you, too! We're all in need of a refreshing break from our customary slew of work emails, dear readers, so read on for our introductory batch of What Was She Wearing outfits for the year! As always, keep sending us your requests and we will investigate them in a timely fashion (no pun intended!).

Jessica Szohr
In correlation with our 2009 plan to watch even more Gossip Girl, we are kicking off today's WWSW with an outfit Jessica Szohr recently wore. While on set last month, the actress mixed patterns to an interesting degree by layering BDG's Intarsia Shawl Collar Cardigan ($78) over Marc Jacobs' Rebecca Sweater ($398, 212.924.0026). She completed her eccentric look with American Apparel Shiny Leggings ($42) and Spring Kommer Shoes ($50) for a cute and budget-friendly ensemble!

Sienna Miller
Over the end-of-year-holidays, we received several inquiries regarding the pretty pieces Sienna Miller wore while running errands in London a few weeks ago. Miller intrigued onlookers in a pair of her personally designed Twenty8Twelve Sav Skinny Jeans ($88), eye-catching vintage jacket, and classic patent ballet flats. You can get the look by matching her jeans with a retro jacket (there are some stellar options at Nasty Gal Vintage) and The Gap's Patent Ballet Skimmers ($45).

Rachel Bilson
It's true that RB gets preferential treatment on WWW.com, thanks to your many inquiries, so we'll no doubt continue our round-the-clock coverage in the new year! The impeccably-dressed starlet sparkled and shined at the Dolce & Gabbana event in Beverly Hills, thanks to her D&G Navy Sequin Blazer ($1795, 310.360.7282) and bold Jimmy Choo Zulu Clutch ($625, Bilson's Mango shade will be available later this month, but the black version is a great alternative to carry in the meantime!) She balanced out those bold pieces with a plain white D&G Top, Siwy Hannah Cropped Jeans ($198), and Christian Louboutin's Ron Ron Black Pumps ($575). Next time you go to a party or clubbing, dazzle your peers with like-minded pieces: Topshop's Sequin Boyfriend Blazer ($160), Highest Heel's Hottie Pumps ($55), and Kenneth Cole's New York New York Honor Roll Clutch ($70) or Linea Pelle's Dylan Folding Clutch ($225).

Kate Bosworth
WWW's final praiseworthy style guru for the day is the ever-radiant Kate Bosworth. While eating dinner at Nobu in Malibu last month, the blonde beauty effortlessly pulled off an unexpected jumpsuit from Topshop with Chloe's Stacked Wedge Heels ($695) and a thin gray sweater. Try your own take on the combo with Paul & Joe Sister's Noisette Bandeau Jumpsuit ($210), Steve Madden's Rhizo Sandalsicon ($90), and BDG's PE Shawl Collar Cardigan ($58).-Jessica Amento
