This Is the New Era of Fashion Collaboration
One of our favorite things about modern fashion has to be the emerging popularity of fashion collaborations. They take an aspirational brand and make it more affordable and relatable for a greater number of fashion fans. Selfishly, they also paved the way for our (in our humble opinion) seriously amazing Who What Wear collection, available at Target. Our own praises aside, we're pretty sure the general public is as much a fan of fashion collaborations as we are—remember the insane lines for the opening days of H&M's many designer collabs? Well, we're here to make your day by opening your eyes to the next big one you probably never saw coming.
We're talking about Cushnie et Och's partnership with Bandier. When a luxurious designer like this meets such a well-loved athletic brand, magical things are bound to happen. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley recently stepped out for a workout in a crop top from the collection, and we were totally floored. From the cutout and zipper accents to the full-mesh back, this piece really showcased a designer-level attention to detail. If the rest of the collection looks as amazing as this piece does, we have a feeling we won't be able to keep ourselves from shopping it all.
