While we're still getting a trickle of reports from the front lines as the shows wind down in London and start up in Milan this week, for the most part, the Twitterverse has calmed downÂ--fashion-wise at least! And although we are sad that all of the fun and craziness in New York is over, our reporting must go on! Happily, you've spotted loads of killer ensembles off the runways lately, so today we're delighted to bring you another quartet of tastemakers and the sartorial scoop on each of their to-die-for looks. Whether you have your eye on Maria Sharapova's stunning, patterned frock or want to get Alexa Chung's transitional outfit, look no further than this edition of What Was She Wearing: Answers!.

Alexa Chung
If you haven't already checked out the exclusive Alexa Chung for Madewell collection, we highly recommend you do right away! It's filled with adorable velvet dresses, printed tees, and pretty blouses, so it's bound to sell out at any moment. But that's no surprise to us, seeing as so many of you admire Chung's cool-girl ensembles. Speaking of which, now that we're heading closer to the autumnal months, you've been looking to the stylish Brit for some transitional-outfit inspiration. Earlier this month, at the Levi's Curve launch party in London, Chung caught your eye in a gray and black knit Filippa K sweater and a bit of all-weather leather with Acne's Dali Leather Skirt ($750). To finish off this excellent mid-seasonal wear, Chung slipped on a pair of Marni Sandals ($640, available at Marni boutiques) from the F/W 10 collection and an of-the-moment Russell and Bromley Leopard Print and Hair Calf Bag ($304), resulting in a simple, yet decidedly chic, outfit. To emulate this look, make sure you pick up a comfy knit like Madewell's Sweatshirt Sweater ($58) and a transitional leather skirt; Topshop's A-Line Skirt ($125) is our favorite. Moving on to accessories and footwear: a feline-print bag is a must for the season, so try Coach's Madison Ocelot Print Top Handle Pouch ($148) or Rebecca Minkoff's Haircalf Leopard Fling Bag ($350) for a spot-on style, while Sam Edelman's Zachery Studded Booties ($224) are a great alternative to Chung's much pricier pair.

Rachel Bilson
Our What Was She Wearing: Answers! coverage doesn't seem quite complete without a look from the quintessential stylesetter Rachel Bilson. Let's be honest: the actress is always at the forefront of fashion and her interpretations of the latest trends are invariably spot-on and wearable. You, dear readers, were completely smitten with the darling Alexa Chung for Madewell Beatty Tea Dress ($188, 866.544.1937) she wore out in Los Angeles early this month. And while Bilson styled the frock with a few brown leather accentsÂ--Marni boots and Miu Miu's Matelassé Bag ($1795, available at select Miu Miu boutiques)Â--you could just as easily wear it through the winter with a pair of tights and a shearling jacket. For a thrifty take on Bilson's adorable look, pick up Nasty Gal's Mini Belted Dress ($44) and team it with Jeffrey Campbell's France Wrap Strap Boots ($198). Then for a final Bilson-worthy element, slip Deena & Ozzy's Multi Pocket Flapover Hobo ($68) on your arm.

Gwyneth Paltrow
When she's not filming a blockbuster movie, chasing around her two adorable children, or tending to her weekly lifestyle newsletter Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow can be spotted out and about looking ever so stylishÂ--even in her most casual outfits. For example, Paltrow was snapped leaving lunch in NYC back in August wearing a flowy Alternative Apparel Athena Slub Tank ($38) and slouchy Halston Heritage Drawstring Pants ($172): a relaxed and refined look, indeed! Instead of opting for a pair of flip-flops, Paltrow picked zip-up Givenchy gladiator sandalsÂ--her interesting footwear choices are always a favorite of oursÂ--and livened up her outfit with a bright blue Goyard tote bag. To reproduce Paltrow's on-the-go ensemble, we suggest you start by grabbing her Alternative Apparel tank and Sparkle and Fade's Pull-On Parachute Pants ($30). Unfortunately, her Givenchy sandals are no longer available, but Wanted's Martina Gladiator Sandals ($54) will certainly do the trick.

Maria Sharapova
You might expect to see Maria Sharapova decked out in top-of-the-line tennis gear, but off the court, itÂ's a completely different game. Celebrating the launch of her Fall 10 collection for Cole Haan at The New Museum in NYC last month, the beautiful Russian tennis pro served up a super stylish outfit that, according to your large amount of inquiries, is worthy of a number one ranking. Sharapova is not afraid to experiment with vibrant colors and eye-catching geometric patterns, as demonstrated by her Suno Fitted Bodice Mini Dress ($830). The intricate embroidery and beading detail highlights her impeccable taste for well-made pieces. Also noteworthy: the way Sharapova avoided upstaging the stunning frock with loud accessories. Instead, she complimented her look with Cole Haan's Air Swan Sandals ($198) and Swan Small Crossbody Bag ($228), which are both made with on-trend aubergine velvet. Printed frocks are a great statement pieces, so try ASOS' bold Africa Printed Shift Dress ($84) or a more subtle hue with Forever 21's Boxy Print Woven Dress ($23), they are sure to be a smash even through the winter months! Just pick up Sharapova's exact Cole Haan pieces, and you will be ready to attend your next cocktail party.Â--Jessica Baker
