WHO: Jenna Lyons, President and Creative Director, J. Crew
WHAT: Snapped at the J. Crew S/S 12 show in New York last month.
WEAR: It's no coincidence that our love for J. Crew was taken to a whole new level as soon as Jenna Lyons took the reins as President and Creative Director. And while we certainly have a soft spot for the beloved retailer, we adore Lyons' own flawless aesthetic just as much. Case in point: the perfectly executed ensemble she wore to the J. Crew S/S 12 presentation last month. She chose a neutral frock by said brand and accessorized with a vintage belt and J. Crew's Mona Patent Pumps ($218). We adore how she livened up a simple dress with bright shoes and red lipstick, which resulted in an undeniably chic, party-perfect look.

WHO: Meredith Melling Burke, Senior Market Editor, Vogue
WHAT: Photographed at Bergdorf Goodman Celebrates Fashion's Night Out in New York last month.
WEAR: There's a good reason why we consistently feature Meredith Melling Burke in our stories: her personal style simply never misses the mark! Take, for instance, the outfit she put together for Bergdorf Goodman's Fashion's Night Out party last month. She masterfully paired a Proenza Schouler multicolored print blouse with a Derek Lam skirt, Burberry belt, and Yves Saint Laurent sandals. We definitely envy MMB's ability to look effortlessly cool at all times, which is a true talent if you ask us!

WHO: Joanna Hillman, Senior Market Editor, Harper's Bazaar
WHAT: Spotted at the Calvin Klein Collection S/S 12 show in New York last month.
WEAR: Joanna Hillman can do no wrong in our books. The Senior Market Editor of Harper's Bazaar routinely wows us with her ensembles, and her look at the Calvin Klein Collection S/S 12 show was no exception. The editor created an eye-catching outfit by pairing a gridlock-print Proenza Schouler jacket with equally standout 3.1 Phillip Lim trousers, accessorized with a Monrow t-shirt, Elizabeth and James shoes, and a Kara Ross pendant necklace. The high-octane pairing of the bold orange pants with the graphic jacket truly made for one memorable ensemble!

WHO: Hanneli Mustaparta
WHAT: Photographed at the Calvin Klein Collection S/S 12 show last month.
WEAR: Hanneli Mustaparta took center stage at NYFW this year, thanks to a week's worth of incredibly stylish ensembles. One our favorite looks from the blogger/model/photographer had to be the outfit she assembled for the Calvin Klein Collection S/S 12 show. We love the softness and femininity of her jacket, blouse, and ankle-strap heels (all of which are from said fashion house), and the way she combined them with a pair of pastel pink pants she picked up from Trash and Vaudeville. The pants bring the right amount of energy to her look, especially when styled with a rust-colored Mulberry Carter Suede Shoulder Bag ($1400)!

WHO: Lauren Santo Domingo, Co-Founder and Creative Director, Moda Operandi
WHAT: Front row at the Thakoon S/S 12 show last month.
WEAR: As the co-founder of Moda Operandi-the go-to source for ordering designer looks as soon as they appear on the runways-you can bet Lauren Santo Domingo has access to some pretty enviable items, which is probably why we're so enamored with her daily rotation of noteworthy ensembles. We came across the insider at the Thakoon S/S 12 show, wearing a perfectly polished outfit comprised of a custom-made navy blazer, white Chloe button-up blouse, and J. Crew jeans that she hemmed to an on-point ankle length. We're also quite fond of her ankle-strap heels and two-tone Victoria Beckham clutch, which offer the look an additional touch of sophistication.

WHO: Laura Bailey, Contributing Editor, British Vogue
WHAT: Attending the House of Holland S/S 12 show in London last month. WEAR: We're truly devoted fans of Laura Bailey's timeless sensibilities. The stunning model and recently appointed Contributing Editor at British Vogue never fails to create sophisticated, drool-inducing looks. As usual, we were impressed with her LFW ensembles, but this one definitely tops our list. For the House of Holland S/S 12 show, Bailey chose a kelly green blouse, which she paired with a bright yellow midi skirt and Mulberry's Tillie Booties ($950) in Mole Gray Sparkle Tweed, all of which peeked out beneath her neutral trench coat. We appreciate how her staple outerwear effectively tempered the bright separates, resulting in a perfectly well-balanced outfit!

WHO: Vanessa Traina, Contributing Fashion Editor, T
WHAT: Arriving at the Met Gala back in May.
WEAR: In addition to her amazing editorial work at T and obsession-worthy design collaboration with Maje, we also love Vanessa Traina's willingness to take risks and push the envelope by experimenting with daring looks. Speaking of the latter, the designer/editor/muse/model did exactly that at this year's Met Gala, when she showed up wearing head-to-toe designs from the Louis Vuitton F/W 11 collection, specifically a peek-a-boo sheer dress with white bib collar, waist-defining thick black belt, and Mary-Jane heels, resulting in subversive servant look that's kinky, cool, and just as stylish as we'd expect.

WHO: Amanda Brooks, Women's Fashion Director, Barneys New York
WHAT: Celebrating interior designer Muriel Brandolini's exclusive home collection for Barneys New York earlier this month.
WEAR: Early last year, when we got word Amanda Brooks, author of I Love Your Style, was taking over as the Women's Fashion Director at Barneys New York we were over the moon with excitement, and as expected, she's been dazzling us with her sartorial choices ever since. Her latest outfit to win our hearts was the look she put together for the celebration of Muriel Brandolini's exclusive home collection for Barneys New York earlier this month. Brooks caught our eye in a Muriel Brandolini metallic dress, which she wore with a heart and chain pendant necklace by Roger Vivier, a green, double buckle Alaia belt, and Proenza Schouler gladiator sandals, proving she knows a thing or two about how to elevate a look with a few unexpected, yet totally cool, accessories.

WHO: Mary-Kate Steinmiller, Fashion Market Editor, Teen Vogue
WHAT: Hanging out at the Opening Ceremony block party in London a few months ago.
WEAR: In the fashion world, there are two Mary-Kates who never fail to excite us with their personal style choices, one being Teen Vogue's very own Fashion Market Editor, Mary Kate Steinmiller. The masthead VIP is routinely dressed to impress, whether she's donning an of-the-moment midi skirt, killer accessories, or experimenting with an intriguing color combo, as demonstrated in the outfit shown above. Steinmiller was snapped at the Opening Ceremony block party in London back in August wearing a silky hot pink top-a design made by Dynasty Tailors on a photo shoot for her glossy-with a periwinkle American Apparel skirt that she cut herself. The contrasting hues make for one knockout ensemble, and we like that she completed the standout look with neutral accents, including an American Eagle belt and Miu Miu heels.
GET THE ESSENTIALS: Marc by Marc Jacobs Disco Satin Tank ($238); Life in Progress Denim Skirt ($20).
WHO: Emily Weiss, Founder, Into The Gloss
WHAT: Feting the opening of Surface to Air's New York flagship boutique early last month.
WEAR: While some of you might remember Emily Weiss as the "super intern" from The Hills, we know her as the creator of the amazing beauty blog, Into The Gloss. When this brunette beauty isn't busy discussing the latest and greatest in beauty trends, she's catching the eye of numerous photographers with her thoughtfully appointed ensembles. Just take the outfit she put together for an after-party celebrating the opening of Surface to Air's flagship store in New York last month, for example. Weiss opted for a wonderfully edgy downtown ensemble, which she achieved by wearing a Alexander Wang white blouse unbuttoned so that her bra could peek through slightly and adding Balenciaga's Lambskin Quilted Biker Jacket ($2865), Rag & Bone pants, and Gucci boots. To further emphasize her tough-girl look, Weiss finished with a studded clutch from Gap.
