Fortunately, the wonky weather is certainly not putting a damper on our favorite style-stars ability to look chic. Whether they are attending a press event or dressing down for a night on the town, this quirky and cool quartet piqued the interest of our savvy audience (don't forget to keep the requests coming!) As always, we have gathered all the pertinent details and are pleased to present our findings for you, dear readers, in today's edition of What Was She Wearing: Answers!
Lily Allen
Spotted leaving the Tabernacle Pub in London, Lily Allen proves that she knows how to incorporate bold colors into her wardrobe in a fresh way. The pop star picked Acne's Smith Biker Jacket
($949) in an excellent shade of emerald suede (it's also available in black and crimson). The loose fit makes it the ideal piece to throw over a floral frock or wear with your beloved boyfriend jeans, like Allen's Generic Girl Ripped Jeans

To get a similarly boxy and bright outerwear option try Silence & Noise's Satellite Moto Jacket ($128) or their Fleece Motorcycle Jacket ($58) with ASOS's Roll Up Boyfriend Jeans ($50) in Mid-Blue. The it-Brit opted to accessorize her look with trainers, as they say, but you could definitely dress this ensemble up with a pair of wooden wedges or black heels for a fancier end result. As an actress who plays a rebellious and fashionable teenager in Gossip Girl and a real-life aspiring rocker, it is no wonder that Taylor Momsen's current look is as cutting-edge as it is chic. While attending a CW network press event, Momsen wore Rag & Bone's Silk Tank
($203) with Elise Overland's liquid leggings (her exact pair are no longer available, try the Liquid Leggings ($86) from Member's Only for body-con bottoms that resemble Momsen's pick). The zipper-embellishments on her blouse de-sweeten the potentially prissy print, while her Mikhael Kale Cropped Leather Jacket ($1065, 646.619.6857) also adds a tough element to her masculine-feminine mix. Though Rihanna has been making serious sartorial waves with her red-carpet ensembles, we are equally smitten with her off-duty looks. While en route to meet with fellow musician Kanye West, the directional dresser wore Stella McCartney's Backless Cardigan ($693, 212.255.1556) with a pair of Chloe's killer nude Over-the-Knee Boots ($1195). Lily would look better if she didn't go with the jeans. It's just a bad example of what kind of boyfriend jean NOT to buy. As much as I love Taylor from GG, she's going to far with the punk rock look to looking like heroin junkie Nancy Spungen. Pls, tone it down a bit.
I like the nautical feel with Rihanna's cardigan but I wouldn't go out with that bag wearing that outfit.
Olivia's was the most safest outfit out of the rest. I do like the combination of wearing a basic outfit with a bright accessory. god..who the hell asks about rihanna? she looks like a tina turner/cher cross. at least the skanky hair has been un-streaked. sorry but taylor momsen's hair and makeup make her look so trashy! ugh rihanna is so annoying she tries tooo hard to look like she doesn't care. ew. i've seen amazing pieces ruined by the way she styled them Taylor Momsen irritates me, she tries to hard. i don't like the mini leather jacket look in general. i like lily's jacket It hurts to say this, but I like Olivia's outfit. And I like Lily Allen's jacket but those pants are kinda sloppy I love Olivia's shoes. I love Taylor's look. It's still edgy but she's toned down the messy part. I never used to like her but recently she's really evolved into a style icon. I just can't believe she's the same age as me! Oh and I love Olivia's shoes- she is so chic! oh rihanna's thigh high boots are so ahead of game, fall is still far away. taylor momsen! :) Rihanna has on denim cutoffs; everyone can breathe now. Love Olivia's & the fact that she was able to pull off a high-end look with (presumably, since they're Zara) reasonably priced pieces. I love Dr Bronner's Soap, been using it for year.

I'm hung up on Rhianna's boots! - fashionchalet.BLOGSPOT.com finally taylor momsen's hair is soft and pretty and actually looks good on her while still looking a bit edgy. next she needs to find eye makeup that involves a lot less liquid and a little more smoke...
