I think that girls under 5'4 are especially capable of pulling off short skirts and high heels! You don't look trashy because you have a ton of leg showing, you don't tower over everyone else and you look "doll-like" which is the whole point! I'm 5'6 and I believe that it would be hard for me to wear these outfits. Towering over everyone else in a barely there mini-skirt isn't my idea of "attractive" and to most people it comes off as slutty.. The outfits are beautifully put together but not for the real world.

Like Michelle and Isabel, I am under 5'4" but unlike them I think a short curvy girl could pull off these looks, esp. the colour block mini-skirt. I agree with the "under 5'4" statement. I am curvy and short and I would hardly ever be able to pull any of it off :( Maybe the print dress with the necklace but that's probably it.
