Karl Lagerfeld and This Young Muse Co-Star on Vogue's New Cover

Adrianna Barrionuevo

Karl Lagerfeld has had an endless list of muses throughout the years, and his latest happens to be the daughter of another model, who inspired the designer circa the '90s. Lily-Rose Depp, the 17-year-old daughter of Vanessa Paradis and Johnny Depp, stars alongside the legendary Lagerfeld on the cover of the December issue of Vogue Paris.

Designer-turned-photographer Hedi Slimane shot the black-and-white image, and Lagerfeld guest-edited the holiday issue. The designer and the teen It girl embrace each other in the photo, he in his signature suit and tie, Depp in what looks like jewel-encrusted separates. Inside the magazine, Lagerfeld interviews famous friends and muses, including Kristen Stewart, Charlotte Casiraghi, and Depp's mother. There's also an interview with the designer himself, conducted by a "surprising choice." We'll have to wait until December 5 when the issue comes out to see who that is.

For now, feast your eyes on the gorgeous holiday cover of the December/January issue of Vogue Paris.
