The plaid work shirt is deeply rooted in American style. Whether you associate it with 50's prepsters, 90's grunge, ranch hands, or the Dukes of Hazzard, everyone has their own particular recognition of this shirt. Variations of this iconoclast appeared all over the fall runways, and we've noticed a number of ladies around town picking up on this trend. In our opinion, it's the perfect top for tooling around town as the Olsen girls (Ashley seen here with Persol sunglasses) and Jessica Simpson have already discovered. What can we say? Plaid is rad.
