Fashion Month—meaning the New York, London, Milan, and Paris fashion show circuit—is to models what the NFL draft is to college football players: the event is closely monitored by industry insiders and can solidify someone’s star status. As Paris Fashion Week, the very last round of the four-city circuit, winds down, we're taking a look at the crop of fresh faces that dominated the runways this season. Watch out: these girls are the new Jessica Stams and Karlie Klosses, so click through our slideshow to see which breakout stars you should keep an eye on.

    Esther Heesch, Next Models
Celine, Chloe, and Isabel Marant, to name just a few, all snapped up German model Heesch for Paris Fashion Week. But considering this 16-year-old's camera-ready looks, it's no surprise she's booking a number of hot-ticket shows, in addition to an editorial in this month's Vogue Italia.

  • Amanda Murphy, IMG Models

Proenza Schouler snagged Murphy for their runway in New York, but the model's biggest moment this season was opening and closing Prada's show during Milan Fashion Week. The design house even locked down Murphy for an exclusive deal, meaning she couldn't walk in other MFW shows.

  • Grace Mahary, Ford Models

Newcomer Mahary only made her debut at last season's Fashion Week, but already she's graced the A-list runways of Dries Van Noten, Kenzo, and Balmain. The gorgeous Canadian, who's a self-confessed tomboy, is being hailed by Vogue as the next big thing in modeling.

  • Tess Hellfeuer, New York Model Management

Hellfeuer's versatile looks means she's able to walk in shows as diverse as Marc by Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Rodarte, and Christopher Kane. That's exactly what the German-born model, discovered by a booker during a weekend trip to Hamburg, did this season.

  • Chiharu Okunugi, New York Model Management

Japanese model Okunugi is clearly a casting agent favorite. The roster of shows she booked this season is impressive—Acne, Dior, Emilio Pucci, and more—and with her distinctive features, she'll surely be a fixture on the S/S 14 runways too.

  • Lily McMenamy, Next Models

McMenamy made a splash on Marc Jacobs' runway, appearing tastefully topless in little else but hot pants and elbow-length gloves. Perhaps the 18-year-old wunderkind, who stepped foot onto the catwalk for the first time at last season's Saint Laurent and Chanel shows, picked up some confidence pointers from her mother Kristen McMenamy, a top model in the '90s.

  • Steffi Soede, New York Model Management

With her blonde hair, wide blue eyes, and flawless porcelain complexion, Soede’s a natural fit for the runway. While walking in shows like Hussein Chalayan, Versace, and Gareth Pugh, the Dutch model also found time to shoot an Elle Netherlands editorial.

  • Ji Hye Park, Elite Model Management

Park reigned over Paris Fashion Week, with appearances at Mugler, Lanvin, John Galliano, and Jean Paul Gaultier. The South Korean stunner’s not only taking over the runways, she’s also part of Diesel and Louis Vuitton’s spring campaigns.

  • Irina Kravchenko, Women Model Management

Kravchenko opened for Alexander Wang last season, and she hasn’t slowed her stride one bit. The Ukrainian redhead was asked to be in so many shows this time around—including Sonia Rykiel, Roland Mouret, Rick Owens, Missoni, and Erdem—it’s a wonder she was able to be everywhere at once.

  • Hildie Gifstad, Fusion Model Manamagent

Gifstad’s modeling career is started off with a bang: her very first runway show was Jason Wu’s Resort 11 collection. Now the Norwegian’s resume includes walking in shows like Nicholas K, The Row, and Sally LaPointe.
