Stella McCartney Wore the Coolest "Ugly" Sandals to Her Own Party

Erin Fitzpatrick

We already know that Stella McCartney has a knack for creating chic clothes, but her own personal style is as noteworthy as her design chops—as she demonstrated at an event in Los Angeles yesterday. Along with the H.E.A.R.T. organization, McCartney co-hosted a brunch to raise funds for the Violence Intervention Program, which protects and treats victims of abuse. Well-dressed guests shopped a specially curated selection of McCartney's clothes and accessories that benefited the worthy cause.

While McCartney herself opted for the Praline Buckle Sandals ($960) from her eponymous brand, other chic attendees including Lena Dunham and Shea Marie of Peace Love Shea offered plenty of other garden-party outfit ideas. Read on to see what everyone wore to the charitable event.
