'Tis the season to get engaged. The calendar flipped to 2018 only three days ago, but there have already been plenty of new engagements, including Paris Hilton and a supermodel's daughter. Now, an It-girl model is joining the newly engaged club: Soo Joo Park and photographer Jack Waterlot are officially getting married, and her ring is simply stunning.

The model posted an adorable announcement video on Instagram, revealing that the proposal took place on a boat in Los Cabos, Mexico. She also shared a close-up image of the ring, which features a large rectangular diamond on a silver band. Christie Brinkley's daughter also has a beautiful rectangular ring, and we have a feeling the classic shape will be popping up everywhere this year.
