Born in Seoul, Living in London: See This Creative Director's Cool Style
You may recognize Shini Park from popular lifestyle blog Park & Cube. Launched in 2008, the sleek, digital magazine acts as a curation of Park's elevated taste, capturing everything from her ongoing travels through an editorial lens to her favorite new pieces under the cheeky name "Fresh Produce." Getting lost on Park's site or scrolling through her Instagram feed, it's surprising to find out that fashion wasn't her first love.
The South Korean creative director made her foray into fashion blogging while getting her BA in graphic design from Central Saint Martins. "I was in my second year of uni, procrastinating before a big deadline when I decided to start the blog," Park told Metro UK. "I was looking to do anything but that project so, after a night of coffee and coding, Park & Cube was born." Her unique aesthetic is obvious in every outfit styling—dynamic silhouettes mix with unexpected textures, resulting in a fascinating catalog of endless style inspiration. "I'm inspired by menswear and tailored dressing with a feminine twist," she told the British site. "I love a pair of chinos rolled up and coupled with sleek black stilettos or feminine dress under a long oversize trench coat."
